SEVENTEEN 从去年6月开始世巡演唱会《FOLLOW》，吸引大批粉丝到场朝圣，每一场都大爆满，讨论度也超高，而13日前往菲律宾布拉干的菲律宾体育馆开唱，但没想到因为天气太热，让台下粉丝出现不适的症状，被台上成员们火速发现，还贴心递水。

近日网路上疯传多个 SEVENTEEN 演唱会现场的影片，菲律宾开唱当天，根据观众透露，现场满满都是人群，所以都靠得很近，但却没有工作人员在场指挥，满满人群加上当天的高温，让现场观众感到更闷热，想喝水的粉丝可以在会场购买，但卖水的地点并不是很便利，所以很多人没买到水，意识到这点的胜宽跟 Hoshi 也在彩排时请工作人员提供水给粉丝，但演唱会时 Hoshi 向粉丝确认，竟发现大家没拿到水，让他超惊讶。

而之后，Hoshi 火速发现在站区的粉丝似乎因为太挤不太舒服，马上冲过去告诉另一位成员 Joshua，接着他们马上唿叫工作人员，并让粉丝们空出多一点空间，还急忙给粉丝们递水，珉奎也直接把水搬来，The8 还请摄影师把水给一旁需要的粉丝，等到看到大家状况都变好后，才继续演唱会，而这个暖心行为也让粉丝们都非常感动表示「他们真的很在乎克拉」。
